About these terms

By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. The website is operated by Hardtrac Computer Services Pvt. Ltd..

Products and prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. MRP is the maximum retail price printed on the product.

We try to show every product, picture and price correctly. If a clear pricing error happens, we will tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.

Ratings shown as "on Amazon.in" are Amazon's ratings with a link to the source; reviews on this website are written only by buyers from this website.

Orders

An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive an order number. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if the product is out of stock, the address cannot be served, or we suspect fraud.

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Rewards points, wallet balance and gift cards can be used as described on their pages and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. We help you contact the brand service centre when needed.

Your account

Keep your password or OTP private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.

Limitation

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where the law does not allow this.

Law and disputes

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction. You can also approach the consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
