7-day returns on most products.

What can be returned

Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in the original box with all accessories, manuals and free gifts.

What cannot be returned

Used products, products with missing parts or damaged packaging caused after delivery, and items clearly marked non-returnable. Defects covered by warranty are handled by the brand service centre.

Damaged, defective or wrong product

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video and we will replace it or refund you: use Customer service on this website.

How to return

Go to Your orders → select the order → Request return. We arrange the pickup; please keep the product packed.

Refunds

After the returned product passes a quality check, the refund is started within 2 working days to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5-7 working days to show it. Amounts paid with wallet or rewards go back to your wallet.
