Who we are

This website is run by Hardtrac Computer Services Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). We are the data fiduciary for the personal data you share with us, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Account details: name, email, phone number and delivery addresses.

Order details: products bought, amounts, payment reference numbers (card and UPI details are handled by our payment partner Razorpay and are never stored by us).

Usage details: pages and products viewed on this website, used to show relevant products and to keep the site secure.

Why we use it

To take and deliver your orders, send invoices, handle returns, refunds and complaints.

To send order and delivery updates. Offers and promotions are sent only if you agree, and you can stop them at any time.

To prevent fraud and to meet tax and legal requirements (for example GST records).

Who we share it with

Only what is needed: delivery and fulfilment partners (including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment), our payment gateway, SMS/email/WhatsApp providers, and authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as GST and tax law requires. Other data is deleted when no longer needed or when you ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing: use Customer service on this website. We reply within 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart, and a first-party cookie to understand which products people view. We do not use them to track you on other websites.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS, passwords are stored as salted hashes, and staff access is limited and logged.
