Cancel for free until the order ships.

Before it ships

You can cancel from Your orders at any time before the order is shipped. The full amount is refunded to the original payment method.

After it ships

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but you can refuse the delivery or return it under the Returns policy.

Cancelled by us

If we have to cancel (for example the product went out of stock), you get a full refund and we will tell you by email/SMS.
